Jodi Lyn Ritzen – Monkeemania
Hey hey, it’s a night of all things Monkees! Jodi Lyn Ritzen works with surviving Monkees Micky Dolenz and Mike Nesmith and is launching “Monkeemania Radio,” the very first and only place that you can listen to The Monkees 24 hours a day. We’ll talk about the show, the music, and what the guys are really like.

Jodi Lyn Ritzen is a lifelong Monkees fan. When she was 12, she started to watch the reruns of the TV series The Monkees on MTV. After one of the band members, Davy Jones, passed away in 2012, she decided to volunteer at a memorial for him in North Jersey.
Over time she created a fan base that started to grow including people from all over the world. Jodi was successful at planning events and got the attention of the other band members, Michael Nesmith and Micky Dolenz. She began a business relationship helping to sell merchandise and hosting fan parties.
Jodi also initiated a successful karaoke sing-a-long and fundraiser with Micky, traveling the world to raise money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
