Rey Hernandez -Scientific Studies of E.T. Contact and Extraordinary Experiences
Rey Hernandez’s contact with non-human intelligence has led to the most comprehensive scientific study of extended consciousness experiences and the paranormal. He will share the findings of his five-year study and will discuss why he believes that all phenomena (OBE, NDE, ESP, Remote Viewing, et. al.) are inextricably linked, including those we have with non-human intelligence.

Rey Hernandez is an Experiencer and one of the founders of FREE: Foundation For Research Into Extraterrestrial Encounters. He is employed as an Estate Tax Attorney with the IRS, U.S. Dept of Treasury. He was previously the Director of the Center for a Sustainable Urban Environment at the City University of New York and the Director of the Office of Community Environmental Planning for the City of New York. Rey is currently the Director of the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, or CCRI, comprised of more than 20 Ph.D. academics and five medical doctors.
